管理科学作为组织和国家治理的重要支撑，在经济发展和社会生活中发挥决策支持功能。随着技术革命和产业发展，管理活动变得越来越复杂，呈现很多新知识、新问题、新方法，亟需进行探索和研究，从而促进管理理论进展和实践进步。在此背景下，探索基于新经济环境、新技术发展背景下的管理科学和实践前沿问题，对于提升管理科学的基础性治理作用具有十分重要的价值。鉴于此，bat365中国官方网站联合Management Science、Academy of Management Review、Journal of Business Ethics、Journal of International Financial Management and Accounting、Journal of Business Research、Economic Modelling、Pacific-Basin Finance Journal杂志社共同举办第一届管理前沿与创新国际年会。本次研讨会的主题是“数字管理与可持续发展”。我们诚邀工商管理、公共管理、会计与财务、营销、供应链管理、信息管理、管理科学、国际经济与贸易等领域的专家与学者，向本次会议提交与会议主题相关的论文。

David 
Simchi-Levi教授
David Simchi-Levi是麻省理工学院工程系统教授，麻省理工学院数据科学实验室负责人，2023年当选美国国家工程院院士。他的主要研究方向为商业和供应链创新，被认为是供应链管理和商业分析领域的重要思想领袖之一。现任UTD顶级期刊Management Science杂志主编。David Simchi-Levi教授是INFORMS会士、MSOM杰出会士，并荣获2014 INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner运筹学实践卓越奖。2014 INFORMS收入管理和定价实践奖；2009 INFORMS收入管理和定价奖；福特2015年工程卓越奖和2020年INFORMS影响力奖。
Chak Fu Lam教授
Chak Fu Lam是香港城市大学商学院助理教授。他在密歇根大学罗斯商学院获得博士学位，曾在美国Suffolk University执教。他的研究重点是声音行为，特别关注为什么员工可能会表达想法以及它在组织中的重要性。林教授成果丰硕，在Academy of Management Review、Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Organization Behavior等诸多管理学和社会心理学领域的顶级刊物。目前担任Academy of Management Review、Journal of Applied Psychology等刊物的特约审稿人，曾受邀在香港科技大学、中欧国际工商管理学院等知名学府交流研究成果。
Dipayan Biswas教授
Dipayan Biswas是南佛罗里达大学市场营销与创新学院的Frank Harvey市场营销教授。他的主要研究兴趣是感官营销领域的管理/实践相关行为研究，重点是与数字营销、人工智能、食品营销、健康与福利以及零售业相关的主题。他是Journalof Business Research的联合主编，是Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science的副主编，也是Journal of Consumer Research和Journal of Marketing的编辑审查委员会成员。他学术著作丰硕，在Journal of Consumer Research、Journal of Marketing以及Journal of Marketing Research等国际学术权威期刊发表多篇高质量学术论文。
Michelle Xiao Wu教授
Michelle Xiao Wu是麻省理工学院数据、系统和社会研究所（IDSS）数据科学实验室的高级科学家和联合主任。在加入IDSS之前，在华盛顿州立大学卡森商学院任助理教授。Michelle XiaoWu在芝加哥大学布斯商学院获得博士学位（主修运营管理，辅修经济学）和MBA学位，并在西北大学获得物理学硕士学位。她的研究兴趣集中在数字经济中的运营管理，包括电子商务平台的定价、数字内容发布和共享经济，同时她还对机器学习、运营-金融接口和供应链管理等领域感兴趣。她在Management Science、Manufacturing&Service Operations Management、Journal of Management Information Systems和International Journal of Production Research等权威期刊发表多篇高质量学术论文。她曾为多家公司提供咨询，为优化制造业、电子商务和实体零售业的运营决策提供可实施的方法和策略。
Sabri Boubaker教授
Sabri Boubaker教授是法国诺曼底管理学院会计与财务系的教授，目前担任SSCI期刊Journal of International Financial Management&Accounting主编，Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money的专题主编、International Review of Economics and Finance和International Journal of Finance&Economics的副主编。他的研究成果发表在Journal of Corporate Finance,Journal of Banking and Finance,Journal of International Money and Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Auditing: A Journal of Theory&Practice和British Journal of Management等国际期刊上。他的研究主要集中在公司财务、公司治理、企业社会责任资本预算和公司投资、资本结构和支出政策等领域。
张炳教授
张炳教授现任bat365中国官方网站副校长。南京大学环境学院教授、博导，南京大学-江苏省环境保护厅环境管理与政策研究中心主任。曾先后在香港中文大学，美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校做访问研究。研究成果发表在Quarterly Journal of Economics、Journal of Development Economics，American Journal of Political Science，Journal of Policy Analysis and Management，Nature Sustainablity、Nature Food、PNAS等高水平期刊。2013年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金资助，2017年获聘教育部长江学者奖励学者计划青年学者，2017获得国家万人计划青年拔尖人才。2018年获得国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金资助。参与我国排污许可证、排污交易、环境信息公开等政策的制定，研究成果获得环保部科技奖一等奖、张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖等。
本次研讨会将特邀所有支持期刊主编，面向所有参会的青年教师和研究生举办“如何在顶尖学术期刊发表论文”的主题沙龙。

Management science, as an important support for organizational and national governance, plays a decision-making support role in economic development and social life. With the technological revolution and industrial development, management activities have become increasingly complex, presenting many new knowledge, problems, and methods, which urgently require exploration and research to promote the progress of management theory and practice. Prof. David Simchi-Levi
David Simchi-Levi is the Professor of Engineering Systems and the director of Data Science Laboratory of MIT, and he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2023.His primary research areas are business and supply chain innovation, and he is considered one of the premier thought leaders in supply chain management and business analytics. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief ofManagement Science. Professor David Simchi-Levi is thefellowof INFORMS, MSOM, and he won the INFORMSDaniel H. Wagner Award for the excellence Practice of Operations Research in 2014, INFORMS Revenue Management and Pricing Practice Award in 2014, INFORMS Revenue Management and Pricing Award in 2009, Ford Engineering Excellence Award in 2015, and the INFORMS Impact Award in 2020.
Prof.Chak Fu Lam
Chak Fu Lam is the Assistant Professor of the School of Business, City University of Hong Kong.He received the Ph.D from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and has taught at Suffolk University in the US. His research focuses on voice behavior, with special attention to why employees may express ideas and its importance in organizations. Professor Lam has published extensively in various top journals in the fields of management and social psychology, includingAcademy of Management Review,Journal of Applied Psychology，Journal of Organization Behavior.In addition to serving as an invited reviewer forAcademy of Management ReviewandJournal of Applied Psychology, he has been invited to share research results at renowned institutions such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and China Europe International Business School.
Prof.Dipayan Biswas
Dipayan Biswas, the Frank Harvey Endowed Professor of Marketing in the School of Marketing and Innovation in University of South Florida. His key research interests are in the domains of sensory marketing and digital marketing, with focus on topics related to retailing, food, and health. He is Co-Editor-in-Chief of theJournal of BusinessResearch. He is an associate editor of theJournal of Marketing Researchand on the editorial review boards of theJournal of ConsumerResearchand theJournal of Marketing. He is also an associate editor of theJournal of the Academy of Marketing Science,Journal of Retailing, andJournal of Public Policy and Marketing. He has prolific academic works,his research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Marketing Research, among others.
Professor Michelle Xiao Wu
Professor Michelle Xiao Wu is a Senior Scientist and Co-Director in the Data Science Lab at MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS). Before joining IDSS, she was an Assistant Professor at Carson College of Business, Washington State University. She received her Ph.D. (major in operations management, minor in economics) and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an M.Sc degree in Physics from Northwestern University.Her research interests focus on operations management in the digital economy, including pricing for e-commerce platforms, digital content release, and the sharing economy. Her other research interests include machine learning, the operations-finance interface, and supply chain management. Her papers are published in leading journals such as Management Science, M&SOM, JMIS, and IJPR.
Prof.Sabri Boubaker
Sabri Boubaker is a professor of finance at EM Normandie Business School (Paris Campus).Heserves on the editorial boards of several SSCI academic journals such as theJournal of International Financial Management & Accounting(Editor-in-Chief),Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money(Subject Editor),International Review of Economics and Finance(AssociateEditor), andInternational Journal of Finance & Economics(AssociateEditor).Sabri Boubakerhas recently published many academic papers (more than 100 papers) in international refereed journals, including theJournal of Corporate Finance,Journal of Banking and Finance,Journal of International Money and Finance, Financial Management,Journal of Business Ethics,Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Auditing: A Journal of Theory & Practice, andBritish Journal of Management.His research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, capital budgeting,corporate investment, capital structure,and payout policy.
Prof.Bing Zhang
Professor Bing Zhang is the Vice President of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.He has been a visiting researcher at the University of Chinese in Hong Kong and the University of California, Santa Barbara.His haspublication inQuarterly Journal of Economics,Journal of Development Economics,American Journal of Political Science,Journal of Policy Analysis and Management,Nature Sustainability,Nature Food,PNASand other high-level journals.
In 2013, Professor Zhang was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Young Science Fund. In 2017, he was appointed as a young scholar of the Ministry of Education Jiang Scholar Award Program. In 2017, he was awarded the top young talents of the National 10,000 Talents Program. In 2018, he was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Young Scholars. Professor Zhang participated in the formulation of China's pollution discharge permit, pollution trading, environmental information disclosure and other policies. And his research results won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Zhang Peigang Development Economics Outstanding Achievement Award.
